Watching Community Form

Hello Ministry Partners, Friends, Family and Supporters!!     Thank you for taking the time to read about how one ministry has been doing in one community on one university in such a large world that needs Jesus. I am humbled when I think about the role that I get to play in helping build Jesus' Kingdom at UNT where there is so much opportunity for Jesus to be known. Without your generosity I would not be able to have this new experience which has been such a blessing. It is hard to think about how God is using me when it is so clear to me how much he is doing in my life through others and the Denton Community. Worship at our Thursday Night Fellowship Meeting        It is so sweet to be several weeks into the school year now. I recognize that I have been very blessed, relationships with guys in the community are growing exponentially! I am starting to feel at home with my roomates and being in Denton, real friendship centered around Jesus and genuine ...

Engaging a Ripe Harvest

Hello Friends and Family!!          I am so excited to tell you how the first several weeks in Denton have gone. The time is flying! It has been so busy meeting students on campus. Not knowing people and coming out of a pandemic made students even more eager to find friends, something to be a part of, and something fun to do. Having conversat...

Hello Ministry Partners! Thank you so much for joining me in ministry! Without your support I would not be able to get to do this ministry. This month has already been crazy busy. Classes for UNT students don’t start for another week but the apprenticeship is well underway. We’re already two weeks into the apprenticeship. It all started on August 1st where we the apprentices made their commitments for the year and it was also my 24th birthday! My Mom and Dad who helped me a lot today with moving also put a party on for me to celebrate both occasions. (I often feel the tangible love of Jesus in my life through their actions). If you didn’t get to watch the ceremony and would like to here is a link to the recording, it's pretty short. https://fb.watch/7nLEE68s4c/ The next day all the apprentices joined the rest of the full-time staff on a three day retreat that was very encouraging and helpful for moving into this year. Even after being a part of the ministry for five years I ...
